Q: Will all the sand colors eventually mix to make one single color?
A: In theory, if all the sand had the same density, it should mix, but similar colors tend to clump together due to their similar densities, so they do not mix. This causes the effect of creating meaningful landscapes without it looking like a jumbled mess.
Q: How long does it take for the sand to fall?
A: Depends on how small the bubbles are when you turn it over. The smaller the bubbles, the slower the sand falls. This can range from minutes to hours.
Q: Does this come with a syringe to inject air?
A: Our sand art has been strictly configured before leaving the factory, and the air inside is in the ideal state. Therefore, this product is well without a syringe.
Q; If there is no syringe, how can I make the bubbles smaller?
A: Please refer to the instructions above for a detailed process on how to make bubbles bigger or smaller.
Q: Can I hang it on the wall?
A: It does not come with a wall mount, but it does have a base mount. We recommend getting a floating shelf if you would like to put it on the wall. We are working on wall-mount version at the moment.
Q: How long is your shipping time?
A: Our order processing time is 1-3 business days. We have warehouses in Asia and North America, so shipping time depends on your country. Please see our shipping policy for more information.
Q: Where do you ship from?
A: We have partnered factories and warehouses in North America, Asia & Europe. This means when ordering multiple products some items may be shipped separately as they arrive from our different warehouse regions.

A: We ship worldwide, so you can place on order from anywhere!
Q: Where is your company located?
A: Our main headquarters are located in Toronto, Canada, but our warehouses and factory contacts are located in North America, Mainland Europe, & Asia.

Q: Is the checkout safe and secure?
A: Our checkout system is McAfee secured and based upon the Shopify platform; the highest security system on the market.
Q: I am unhappy with my Order, can I place a Refund?
A: If you are unhappy with your Serenity art piece, you can request a refund within 14 days of receiving your item. If your item arrives in a defective state, you must provide photographic/video evidence within reasonable doubt to our support team at info@serenitysandart.com to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Q: If I enter my email address will you sell my information?
A:We do not sell our customer information. Due to data protection and our company policies this is not an acceptable practice. Emails are strictly used to update you on information about your product and others. Occasionally we will send loyal customers discounts and gift cards.
Q: Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?
A: For most countries you will not have to pay customs, however there may be exceptional circumstances when this will happen depending on your country and value of purchase.
Q: Where are the Sandscapes made?
A: The Sandscapes are designed in Canada and are assembled in different countries in Asia.
Q:Why did my Sandscape have no paperwork with it?
A: For environmental purposes, we have all our information, including instructions and invoices, digital only.
